- Pat the chicken wings completely dry using paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle baking powder over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the Orleans seasoning ingredients.
- Add the seasoning to the wings and mix well. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cook the wings in a preheated air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Toss the hot wings with melted butter, serve immediately, and enjoy.
Notes
These wings can also be deep-fried or oven-baked. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip and fresh celery sticks for a classic pairing.
